We do ship worldwide however, it is not our responsibility to check if the laws in your country affect the shipment of the seeds. We abide to local laws and regulations for every customer we serve. Please insure you have taken the time to find your local/state law before placing an order.

Can you source products not offered on the site?

Yes – we have excellent relationship with all breeders and seedbanks across the globe, we aim to respond to most requests within 24hours. Please send inquires to support@regseeds.com

Will my order arrive in discreet packaging?

Orders will be sent in an unlabelled brown padded jiffy envelope, Name and Address of the customer will be printed on the envelope. To ensure a discreet service we will not post invoices with orders. If special assistance is need please get in touch with our team and we will try our best to respond within 24 hours.

Returns Policy?

Our policy is we grant the customer 14 days to return the goods from confirmation by our customer support team, it must be shipped back recorded delivery to our postal address. Please email support@regseeds.com.Under no circumstances will we accept returns with no prior communication. Returns must be in original packaging and not opened or tampered with. Full refunds accepts (excluding) shipping rates. Please see our full returns policy

Postal Orders?

No regseeds does not facilitate postal orders at this moment in time.

Exchanges?

Communication is the first step of our exchange policy, any items returned for exchange need to be in original packaging and in an unused condition and done so within 14 days of order date. Once confirmed, will add or subtract your payment method for any extra cost if there is a difference in price from your original order. Please accept exchanges incur local shipping rates.

Faulty or Damaged?

In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged order, please return the order to us and we will be more than happy to replace it, Please get in touch at support@regseeds.com. Once we have received your damaged order we will also refund the cost of postal charges to ship the items back to our office.
