- Returns & Refunds Policy

Any items that you want to return have to be approved by our customer support team first. You can reach us by telephone and email, Email tends to be the fastest way as we are busy packing orders. Our policy is we grant the customer 14 days to return the goods from confirmation by our customer support team, it must be shipped back recorded delivery to our postal address displayed below. You the customer can return items 14 days from the first day you receive your order and they must be returned in an unopened state and in their original packaging. Although we will refund the cost of the items, we will not refund any shipping costs.

  3. Leave a return address on the back of the envelope in the unlikely instance the courier you use cannot deliver the items.
